講解（四）：一些經驗不豐富的譯員在口譯過程中遇到沒聽懂、沒有記下的內容的時候，其緊張的情緒往往會在肢體語言上表現出來，皺眉、抓頭、吐舌頭等都是譯員常有的一些表現。但是譯員痛苦的思維過程、對其譯語產出的不自信會讓人一覽無余，進而影響口譯效果。因此，職業譯員應該具有良好的心理素質。

A: 王醫生，早上好。非常感謝您抽出時間，能和我們講講艾滋病在中國的情況嗎？
B：HIV has become a very serious issue in the development of China. Some people are infected with HIV by accident, e.g. blood transfusion, infants from mother, or improper sex partner. Since we found the first HIV patient in China in 1985, HIV is being infected with a fast speed. It is estimated by experts that there are over 900,000 HIV virus patients by the end of last year. If we do not take any effective measures, then this number will be doubled by 2010.
A: 您認為導致艾滋病急劇增長的主要原因是什么？
B: First of all, it is because of poverty, a lack of education and knowledge about HIV, then a lack of common sense, paying no attention to that issue. Furthermore, it is due to a lack of training, capital, information and resources. It is reported that we haven’t found any valid medicine for HIV treatment.
